The Misericordia University men's soccer team dropped a 2-1 decision to York, Saturday afternoon at Mangelsdorf Field.

Max Jamieson scored the lone goal for MU.

Thomas D'Arco made six saves in goal.

York scored both of its goals in a 10-minute span midway through the first half.

The Cougars finally broke through on Jamieson's penalty kick goal in the final minute.

The Spartans held a slight 8-5 edge in shots on goal while both teams earned seven corners.

MU will visit Scranton, Wednesday.
