Misericordia University inducted its 2025 Athletics Hall of Fame class to kick off Homecoming/Reunion Weekend, Friday evening in the Anderson Center.

The class includes Joe Busacca '15, Jessica LaSorsa '07, Dr. Megan (Mahoney) vonEgypt '15, Evan Robaczewski '14 and Ashlee Ward '15.

Busacca was a four-year standout in men's basketball. He was the MVP of the 2015 MAC Freedom Championships after leading the Cougars to their second league title in four years.

He was the MAC Freedom Player of the Year, a first-team all-region selection and a third team All-American as a senior.
He was the Misericordia Wendy's Athlete of the Year as a senior.
Busacca was fourth in the Freedom in scoring with 15.7 points per game as a senior and finished his career with 1,171 points.

LaSorsa was a two-year standout on the women's soccer team and led the Cougars to the 2006 Pennsylvania Athletic Conference championship and back-to-back NCAA Tournament appearances.

She was a two-time, first-team All-Pennsylvania Athletic Conference selection and was the PAC Player of the Year as a senior. She was a second-team all-region honoree and was the MU Wendy's Athlete of the Year.

LaSorsa had a nine-game goal-scoring streak as a senior and tied for the league lead with 16 goals.

vonEgypt was a two-time MAC Freedom Player of the Year and a two-time All-American in her two seasons at Misericordia.

She was the MU Wendy's Athlete of the Year as a senior and was a two-time all-region honoree.

She is fifth in career points (109), ninth in career goals (38) and third in career assists (33).
She ranks first in career points per game (2.32) and assists per game (.70) and is second in goals per game (.81).
She holds the school single-season record with 19 assists and the third and fourth-highest single-season points totals (56, 53). She is tied for third in single-season goals (21).
She led the Cougars to two MAC Freedom championships and two NCAA Tournament appearances.Â

Robaczewski was a two-year letterman on the baseball team as a starting pitcher and was a first-team All-MAC Freedom and Pitcher of the Year in both seasons.
He was named all-region by the American Baseball Coaches Association and D3baseball.com.
In just two seasons, he ranks fifth in school history with 19 victories and his 10 wins in 2012 are the third-highest single-season total in school history.
He led the Cougars to back-to-back MAC Freedom championships and two trips to the NCAA Tournament.

Ward was a two-time NCAA champion in the high jump and was the Misericordia Wendy's Athlete of the Year as a senior. She was the 2013 & 2014 NCAA Mideast Region Outdoor Track Athlete of the Year.

She was a four-time outdoor MAC champion in the high jump and a two-time MAC champion and two-time runner-up in the discus.
Ward was a two-time indoor MAC champ in the high jump and two-time runner-up.
She was the MAC Outdoor Field Athlete of the Year as a freshman and holds MAC records in both the indoor and outdoor high jump (1.76m).
She owns school records in both high jumps and the discus.
