The Misericordia University baseball team is picked second in the 2026 MAC Freedom preseason coaches' poll.

The Cougars received two first place votes are tied for second with Stevens with 42 points.  Arcadia is picked first with 44 points, including five first place votes.
 
Misericordia was 26-16 a year ago and finished second in the MAC Freedom during the regular season.
 
The Cougars will open the 2026 with a doubleheader at Shenandoah, February 14.
