The Misericordia University women's wrestling team lost to Alvernia, 35-5, Saturday in the Anderson Center.

Maya Landefeld recorded a first-period pin at 207 for MU's lone win.

Alvernia earned pins in the other two contested bouts and received four forfeits and two medical forfeits.
