Five members of the Misericordia University softball team have been named to the 2026 Academic All-District Team as selected by College Sports Communicators.

MU's honorees include Jennifer Milisits, Gianna Russo, Bridget Doherty, Casey Funesti and Gianna Foreman.

The Academic All-District team recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom.

To be eligible, student-athletes must be a starter or key reserve with a minimum grade point average of 3.50.
