Biography

2010: Played in 31 games at pitcher, second base, outfield and designated hitter… Batted .398 with 21 RBIs, 25 runs scored and a home run… As a pitcher, was 3-3 with a 4.03 ERA and 26 strikeouts… Is the school’s all-time leader in hit by pitches (18) and retires in the career top-10 lists for games, at-bats, hits, doubles, total bases, runs, RBIs, batting average, stolen bases and on-base percentage… Graduates third all-time in career starts (30) and strikeouts (125), and fourth all-time in innings pitched (178.1)… Earned Freedom Pitcher of the Week honors after beating nationally-ranked Keystone (3/6)… Went 3-for-5 with 3 RBIs against Gordon (3/8)… Hit 3-for-4 at Drew (4/24)… Went 6-for-6 with 3 doubles, 3 RBIs and 4 runs scored at Scranton (4/7)… Allowed 2 runs in a complete-game victory over FDU-Florham (4/10)… Hit 3-for-3 with 4 RBIs and an inside-the-park home run against Marywood (4/21)… Scored three times and was 3-for-3 against Moravian (4/28)… Allowed one earned run in 8.1 innings of work, earning the victory over Eastern (5/1).

2009:
Started 9 games on the mound… Had a 2-3 record with 43 strikeouts… Second on MU in ERA (3.84) and led the team with 58.2 innings pitched… Hit .279 and stole 18 bases… Added 22 RBIs, a home run and 23 runs scored… Homered and had 3 RBIs against Saint Vincent (3/1)… Scored 3 runs against Thiel (3/3)… Batted 2-for-3 with two RBIs and a run scored (3/5)… Struck out 8 in as many innings against Wilkes (3/24)… Allowed no earned runs in seven innings and was the winning pitcher over King’s (4/2)… Batted in 4 runs against Delaware Valley (4/5)… Hit 2-for-4 with 3 RBIs against Scranton (4/16)… Went 2-for-5 with 3 runs scored against Eastern (4/24).

2008:
Second Team All-PAC selection… Second on team in batting average with .372… Played in 41 games… Second on team in hits with 55… Added 21 RBIs, a home run and 25 runs scored… As a pitcher, finished 2-6 with a 5.90 ERA in 39.2 innings… Earned the save in a win over Clark (3/2)… Had 7 strikeouts in a complete game win over Anna Maria, while also batting 2-for-4 with two RBIs and two runs scored (3/4)… Hit 2-for-4 with two RBIs and two runs scored against Eastern (3/28)… Went 3-for-5 against Wilkes (4/8)… Had 3 RBIs against Neumann (4/11)… Homered the next day against Neumann (4/12)… Had his seventh consecutive multi-hit game against Centenary (4/18)… Went 2-for-5 with 3 RBIs against Baptist Bible (4/21).

2007: Named Team MVP… Selected as the PAC Rookie of the Year and was Second Team All-PAC… Started in 25 of 26 games in which he played… Led the team with a .415 batting average while collecting 34 hits and 10 RBI… Pitched two complete games in six starts… Limited opponents to a .291 average while striking out 28 batters in 37 innings pitched… Earned a save against Muhlenberg (3/14)… Went 2-for-4 with two runs scored against Wilkes (4/11)… Batted 2-for-4 with two RBIs and earned the pitching decision in a win over Eastern (4/21)… Hit 3-for-4 with a run scored against Marywood (4/22).
