2023 Men's Soccer
The Cougars finished 3-1-3 in the MAC Freedom and 5-8-4 overall. They fell to Stevens in the MAC Freedom semifinals.
Drew Weaver was named All-MAC Freedom first team after scoring two goals while tying for the team lead with three assists. He also received All-Region IV second team honors.
Brandon Ebersole and
Logan Moore made All-MAC Freedom second team. Ebersole had one assist and Moore scored twice as a defender.
Alfred Romano and
Anthony Yarabinee earned honorable mention. Romano had four goals while Yarabinee led the team in scoring with four goals and one assist.
Luke Ferrarese, Max Gariano, Max Jamieson, Patrick Sipera, and Moore were all named CSC Academic All-District.
2022 Men's Soccer
The Cougars finished 11-3-5 and fell in penalty kicks in the MAC Freedom semifinals.
Max Gariano tied for the league lead with eight goals and led the league with 19 points.
Drew Weaver and Gariano both earned All-MAC Freedom first team honors.
Anthony Yarabinee, Andrew Daubenspeck and
Logan Moore earned second team honors.
Gariano and Weaver also earned USC All-Region second team honors while Daubenspeck and Moore made third team.
Daubenspeck was second in the MAC with 75.0 save percentage and third with an 82.7 goals against average.
Gariano was named Scholar All-American and All-MAC Academic.
The team earned Academic Honors from the United Soccer Coaches.
2021 Men's Soccer
The Misericordia men's soccer team finished their season in the ECAC Championships. The Cougars finished at 12-5-1 overall and finished second in the MAC Freedom. MU made its first appearance in the MAC Freedom championships match since 2016.
Alexei King tied for the team lead in scoring with two goals and two assists.
Anthony Yarabinee led the Cougars with three goals.
Andrew Daubenspeck recorded 10 shutouts with a 0.81 goals against average. He led the MAC Freedom with a 82.3 save percentage and was first in shutouts and second in GAA.
King, Logan Moore, and Daubenspeck were all named to the All-MAC Freedom second team while
Drew Weaver earned honorable mention.
Moore and Daubenspeck also earned All-Region second team honors.
The team was recognized as Team Academic Award Winners by the United Soccer Coaches.

2019 Men's Soccer
The Cougars qualified for the MAC Freedom tournament and finished 7-9-4 in the MAC Freedom Semifinals. The Misericordia men's soccer team fell 1-0 to Eastern for the second year in a row in the semifinals.
Levi Roberts and
John Caracappa were both named to the All-MAC Freedom second team while
Dominic Pizzi earned honorable mention.
Roberts anchored a defense that allowed 1.32 goals per game and led the team in scoring with two goals and five assists. Pizzi recorded a 0.76 goals against average.
Nick Szczerba and
Cody Rogers led the Cougars with four goals each.
Roberts was also named to the CoSIDA All-District team.
2018 Men's Soccer
The Misericordia men's soccer team finished their season in the MAC Freedom semifinals with a 5-12-1 record overall and and 4-3 in conference play. The Cougars eneded their season with a 5-2 loss to top seeded Eastern University.
Nick Szczerba led the team in scoring with three goals and four assists.
Ethan Aigeldinger scored one goal and tied for team lead with four assists.
Jared Houser scored a team-high four goals.
Szczerba was named to the All-MAC Freedom first team while Aigeldiner,
Dyan Molyneaux and
Vincenzo Diliberti made second team.
Levi Roberts was an honorable mention.
Szczerba was also named to the MAC All-Academic team.
2017 Men's Soccer
The Misericordia men's soccer team went through a transition year in 2017, struggling out of the gate and finished the season 3-14-1 and 3-3-1 in MAC Freedom Play.
After losing nine seniors from 2016, the Cougars had one of the youngest teams in the conference, featuring 14 freshman and six sophomores.
Michael Ciardullo led the team with five points (2g, 1a) this season, with all of them coming in a 5-1 victory over Delaware Valley in the final game of the season.
Niko Amity, Nick Szczerba, Devin Marriott, and
Curtis Brewer each scored two goals on the season.
Amity and Marriott were each named to the All-MAC Freedom second team for the second year in a row and Levi Roberts earned honorable mention for the second time as well.
2016 Men's Soccer
Andy Loughnane was named the second head coach in the 26-year history of Misericordia men's soccer before the season started.
The Cougars finished the season 12-5-3 overall and 6-1-0 in MAC Freedom play, reaching the postseason again after a one-year hiatus.
As the top seed in the MAC Freedom tournament, the Cougars defeated DeSales, 3-0, in the semifinal. In the championship game, Misericordia fell to Eastern in penalty kicks.
Chris Edkins led the team with 11 points on four goals and three assists.
David Malaquias and
Niko Amity each contributed ten points.
Loughnane was named MAC Freedom Coach of the Year in his first season.
Edkins and
George Stock were named to the All-MAC Freedom first-team while
Anthony Ippolito, Amity,
Devin Marriott and
Dante Ippolito made the second-team.
Levi Roberts earned honorable mention.
Stock was named to the ECAC Division III North Men's Soccer All-Star Team.
Edkins was named to the NSCAA Division III Men's All-Mid-Atlantic Region First Team, the MAC All-Academic team, and was named the Misericordia Scholar-Athlete of the year.
2015 Men's Soccer
The Cougars went 7-7-1 in 2015 and 3-3-1 in conference play, missing the postseason for just the third time in 23 seasons.
Niko Amity led the team with 14 points on three goals and eight assists.
Matt Norcini, David Malaguias, and
Kevin Matlon each had eight points on the season.
Matt Smith and
P.J. Steiner split time in goal with Smith recording four shutouts and Steiner collecting three.
Amity was named to the All-MAC Freedom first team while
Derek Antonini and
George Stock were named to the second team and
Chris Edkins was an honorable mention.
Amity was also named to the ECAC South Division III Men's Soccer All-Star Team.
2014 Men's Soccer
The Misericordia men's soccer team finished the season with a 15-6-2 record and an ECAC South Championship, their second in school history. The 23 games played matched the most ever played by the Cougars in a single season.
The Cougars went 6-1 in conference play, earning the #2 seed in the Freedom Conference Tournament, where they fell to King's, 3-1, in the semifinals.
In the ECACs, Misericordia rolled through the tournament, not allowing a goal in three games, culminating in a 1-0 victory over Penn State-Harrisburg in the final.
Nick vonEgypt led the team with 19 points on eight goals and three assists.
Derek Antonini had 15 points (6g, 3a) including a hat trick in the ECAC quarterfinals against Marywood and the game-winning goal in the ECAC championship game
Barry Fitzgerald started all 23 games in goal for the Cougars, shutting out nine opponents and holding a .96 goals against average and 78.2 save percentage.
Kevin Matlon was named to the First-Team All-Freedom, the All-ECAC South Region team. and was an NSCAA Scholar All-East Region honorable mention.
Fitzgerald was named to the First-Team All-Freedom team, the MAC All-Academic team.and was an NSCAA Scholar All-East Region honorable mention.

2013 Men's Soccer
The Cougars finished 13-5-2 and reached the post-season for the 19
th time in 21 years, including their fifth trip to the NCAA Championships in six years.
T.J. Schaefer, Nick vonEgypt, Kevin Matlon and
Barry Fitzgerald were first-team All-Freedom and Fitzgerald was the Freedom Defensive Player of the Year.
David Malaquias earned All-Freedom honorable mention.
Fitzgerald was named first-team NSCAA All-Region and vonEgypt was third-team.
Schaefer was the team MVP and
Dennis Halpin earned the Coach's Award.
Fitzgerald set the school single-season record for goals against average and had the second-most single-season shutouts and moved into the top spot for career saves and goals against average.
2012 Men's Soccer
The Cougars finished 13-6-4 and won their fourth Freedom Conference championship in five years.
MU reached the post-season for the 18
th time in 20 years, including their fourth trip to the NCAA Championships in five years.
Andy Bush was a first-team All-Freedom selection for the fourth straight season and was named Freedom Player of the Year and was joined on the first-team by
Rob Wiacek, Nick vonEgypt and
T.J. Schaefer.
Dennis Halpin and
Billy Sopko earned All-Freedom honorable mention.
Bush was an ECAC All-Star and a second-team NSCAA All-Region selection and ended his career as MU's all-time leader in points (117) and goals (48).
Bush was a CoSida Academic All-District selection and team MVP while Greg Korhonen earned the Coach's Award.
Nick Ferguson moved into eighth place among MU's all-time assists leaders with 17.
2011 Men's Soccer
The Cougars finished 13-3-4 (4-2-1) and won their third Freedom Conference Championship in four years.
MU reached the post-season for the 17th time in 19 years, including their third trip to the NCAA Championships in four years.
The Cougars opened the season with nine straight wins and were ranked as high as 13th in the nation by the NSCAA.

Andy Bush was named first-team All-Freedom for the third consecutive season and was joined by teammate
Dan Pinto on the first team
Bush was later selected to the second-team NSCAA All-Region team. Bush's 40 points is the third-highest single-season total in school history and his 15 goals tie him for third and his 10 assists for seventh in a season.
Bryan Kulbacki was named the team MVP while Pinto earned the Coach's Award.
2010 Men's Soccer
The Cougars finished 13-9 and earned their third consecutive Freedom Conference championships berth.
MU reached the post-season for the 16th time in 18 years and reached the ECAC semifinals.
Andy Bush was a first-team All-Freedom selection for the second straight season while
Joe Scanlon
and
Dan Pinto made the second team.
In addition, Bush was a third-team NSCAA All-Region selection. Scanlon and Pinto made the NSCAA
Scholar All-Region team.
Tyler Anderson was the team MVP and Scanlon earned the Coach's Award.
Scanlon ended his career tied for eighth place in school history with 25 career goals and ninth in career
points with 65.
Bush' 28 points and 11 goals put him in the top 10 in MU's all-time single-season leaders.
2009 Men's Soccer
The Cougars finished 12-5-3 and earned their second consecutive Freedom Conference championship.
MU reached the post-season for the 15th time in 17 years and made its third appearance in the NCAA Championships.

Andrew Loyd were first-team All-Freedom selections.
Tyler Anderson and
Cody Harman made the second team.
Loyd was the MVP of the Freedom championship match for the second consecutive season.
Chuck Edkins earned his 200th career victory and owns a career record of 210-126-24.
Scanlon was the team MVP and Loyd earned the Coach's Award.
Loyd ended his career fourth all-time in goals against average (1.22) and third in wins (44).
Scanlon's 12 goals were tied for the fifth-highest single-season total and his 28 points were tied for ninth.

2008 Men's Soccer
In their first season as a member of the Freedom Conference, the Cougars finished 14-4-3 and became the first Misericordia team to win a Freedom Conference championship.
MU reached the post-season for the 14th time in 16 years and made their second appearance in the NCAA championships.

Cody Harman were first-team All-Freedom selections. Hack became the first Misericordia player to earn Freedom Player of the Year honors.

Chuck Edkins was named Freedom Coach of the Year. He has a career record of 198-121-21.
Hack was the team MVP and Campbell earned the Coach's Award.
Campbell is second in career assists (32), fourth in career points (87) and tied for fourth in career goals (28).
Mensch and Campbell finished tied for fifth in single-season points (31).
Mensch's 15 goals was the third highest single-season total in school history. He finished third in all-time goals (39) and fifth in career points (82).
Hack and Campbell tied the school single-season record for assists (13).
Hack finished tied for seventh in career assists (17).
Campbell, Hack, Mensch,
Josh Stewart and
Josh Buskirk were honored as four-year lettermen.
2007 Men's Soccer
In their first season competing as Misericordia University, the Cougars finished 13-6-1, including the first win for any MU team- 2-1 over William Paterson, August 31.
The Cougars made the PAC playoffs for the 13th time in 14 seasons and reached the PAC championship match after earning the top seed. MU also hosted a first-round ECAC championship game.

Colin Hynes were first-team All-PAC selections. Campbell became the first Misericordia player to earn PAC Player of the Year honors.

The team was ranked among the national leaders with 15 consecutive wins.

The Misericordia men's soccer team overcame some early season obstacles to record another fine season.
The Cougars have established themselves as a perennial contender for the Pennsylvania Athletic Conference championship under coach

Paul Zaengle was named Defensive MVP in the PAC title game.

1994 Men's Soccer
The Misericordia men's soccer team enjoyed its finest season ever under fourth-year head coach
Chuck Edkins. Edkins continued his successful head coaching journey, which began with door-to-door recruiting in the residence halls, and culminated with a record-breaking effort this year.
At 12-6-1, the Cougars set a school record for wins in a season.
They finished second in the Pennsylvania Athletic Conference, the second time in three years they have accomplished that feat.
They earned a bid to the ECAC South Men's Division III tournament and came home with the second place plaque after a thrilling, overtime shootout upset over top-seeded Gettysburg.
Led by senior goalkeeper
Bob Johnson, the Cougars notched a school record 11 shutouts.
Sophomore
Eric Bartlett established a new single season scoring mark, topping the one set by classmate
Mark Stauffer a year ago.
15 lettermen, including the top three scorers, return in 1995.
Bartlett and Johnson were named All-PAC. Stauffer was honorable mention.
1993 Men's Soccer
In his third season as head men's soccer coach at Misericordia,
Chuck Edkins took the program to new heights in 1993.
The Cougars established team records for wins and shutouts while two individuals surpassed the previous single-season scoring record. All this was accomplished with just two seniors on the roster.
The season's highlights included: a four-match win-streak to open the season and a new school record with six shutout victories.
Misericordia went 5-2 against MAC teams and finished 5-1-1 at home.

1992 Men's Soccer
In just his second year as head coach,
Chuck Edkins has turned the College Misericordia men's soccer program into a winner. After going 4-11 in his first season, Edkins led the Cougars to a 7-7-2 regular season record and a spot in the PAC championship game.
The Cougars dropped their finale, 4-1, and finished the year at 7-8-2. However, with just two seniors on the roster, the Cougars appear to be a force to be reckoned with in the future.
CM finished in the runner-up spot in the PAC.

Jay Pierce set a new single-season scoring record with eight goals and two assists each.
The Cougars went 4-1-1 in their last six games.
The top eight scorers were all underclassmen.
