Anthony Goncalves enters his third year as a member of the Misericordia University baseball staff.
A 2010 MU graduate, Goncalves was a member of the Cougar outfield for two seasons after transferring from Union County College.
Goncalves was primarily an outfielder for the Cougars, but also contributed on the mound. In a successful senior season, he started 31 games and hit .330 with 12 RBIs and 25 runs scored. He drew a team-high 25 walks and threw two scoreless innings as a pitcher.
Earning a degree in sport management from MU, Goncalves recently completed his MBA from Southern New Hampshire University, with a concentration in sports administration.
