Greg Schiefen is in his first season as an assistant men’s basketball coach at Misericordia University.
Schiefen spent the previous two seasons as the top assistant at Alfred University where he played a key role in recruiting and scouting while also collaborating in the design of practices and training sessions.
While at Alfred, he was also a Strength and Conditioning coach and was in charge of developing programs for the basketball, football and track teams.
Prior to that, he spent a year at Corning Community College where he fulfilled the same role as the top assistant.
He played four years at SUNY-Brockport where he was part of one NCAA Tournament appearance and three ECAC appearances.
