Robert Brandell is in his first year as the graduate assistant men’s soccer coach at Misericordia University.
He received his bachelor’s degree in economics and environmental studies from Saint Lawrence University where he graduated with Cum Laude honors.
Brandell served as a captain of the men’s soccer team for three seasons. As a back, he helped the Saints capture four NCAA postseason appearances and three Liberty League Championships. He garnered all-conference distinction three times and earned first-team East Regional All-American as a sophomore.
He has five years of experience coaching youth soccer and spent six summers as a paraprofessional at The Phoenix Center in Nutley, NJ, a school for children with autism and disabilities.
