Misericordia University Athletics

Emily Connell is in her first season as an assistant women’s lacrosse coach at her alma mater.
 
She was an all-conference selection and two-year team captain for the Cougars.
 
A four-year letter-winner as a midfielder, she led the Cougars to a MAC Freedom championship and a first-round win in the NCAA Tournament in 2019.
 
She was a three-time recipient of the Coach’s Award.
 
She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2019 and served as class valedictorian.
 
Connell is pursuing her doctoral degree in physical therapy at MU.
