Ian Capp is in his first year as a graduate assistant coach with the Misericordia University men’s and women’s volleyball teams.
A graduate of Kean University, he was a four-year starter for the Cougars and a three-time first-team All-NJAC selection.
He was a three-time AVCA All-American and a two-time NJAC Player of the Year. He was named NJAC Setter of the Year three times and ranks second in NCAA Division III history in career services aces.
He led the Cougars to a pair of NCAA Division III Tournament appearances, including a trip to the 2018 Elite 8. He was a two-time CoSIDA Academic All-District selection.
