The Misericordia University softball team swept a doubleheader over Rosemont, 33-0, 22-0, Friday afternoon at Anderson Field.
Gina Urbon tossed a no-hitter in the second game and aided her own cause with two hits, including a double.
Molly Martin and
Alissa Popalis combined a one-hitter in the opener.
Courtney Novajosky, Hollie Sarnak and
Nicole Wenner all had three hits in the opener. Novajosky and Wenner both scored five runs.
Misericordia improved to 9-5 overall and 4-0 in the PAC and will visit Arcadia for a non-league doubleheader, Sunday.
