The Misericordia University softball team swept a doubleheader at Eastern, Saturday.

MU won, 2-1 and 4-0 in 10 innings to clinch the top seed and home field for next weekend's PAC playoffs.

Kat Lucenti tossed a one-hitter in the opener and Nicole Wenner had a single and an RBI.

Courtney Novajosky had three hits in the nightcap and Hollie Sarnak added two hits, including a two-run double.

Nicole Hoskins had an RBI-double and Brittany Bradburn had two hits and drove in one.

Misericordia ends the regular season at 28-10 overall and 17-3 in the PAC.
