The Misericordia University women's lacrosse season came to an end with an 18-8 loss in the opening round of the Pennsylvania Athletic Conference playoffs, Saturday at Gwynedd-Mercy.

Shannon Tinkham had four goals to lead the Cougars.

Brittany Schorr scored two goals and Jamie Wargo and Nicole DeAngelis had one goal each.
