The Misericordia University basball team lost to Marywood, 5-2, Wednesday afternoon at Misericordia.

Marywood broke a 2-2 tie with a three-run fourth inning on their way to the win.

Chris Messa led the Cougars with three hits and two RBI while Mike Murphy and Mike D'Amara both added two hits.

Misericordia will visit Scranton, Thursday.
