The Misericordia University men's soccer team battled to a 0-0 double-overtime draw at Eastern, Saturday.

Dan Fritz made seven saves in goal and Bryan Kulbacki cleared a ball off the line in the second half to preserve the shutout.

Kulbacki also gave the Cougars their two best scoring chances of the day.

His header off Matt Scott's corner kick was just over the bar at 1:09.

Kulbacki got on the end of another corner from Scott late in the first time, but his shot was just high.

After Fritz collided with an Eastern player, Kulbacki saved the day when he played the ball away with his chest.

MU is 10-1-2 (2-1-1) and will host DeSales, Wednesday at 7:00.
