Jeff Slanovec drove in the game-winning run in the top of the 10th inning to lift the 12th-ranked Misericordia University baseball team to a 6-5 win at Moravian, Tuesday.
Slanovec drove in two runs on three hits and
Kenny Durling added three hits as the Cougars won their eighth straight game to improve to 19-2.
Mike Pena picked up the win with 1.2 innings of scoreless relief and

Moravian answered with a run in the bottom of the fifth and rallied to tie the score 5-5 with three runs in the bottom of the eighth.
Pete Doggett scattered four hits and struck out five over 7.1 innings before Pena came on in the eighth.
