Box Score Jennifer O'Neill broke a 0-0 tie in the 46th minute and the Misericordia University women's field hockey team continued its late-season playoff push with a 1-0 win against King's College.

The win moves MU to 6-11 overall and 4-2 in league play.

The Cougars win comes on Senior Appreciation Day, where the Cougars honored the careers of Rebecca Hindman and Alison Sacco.

Both teams took 12 shots for the afternoon. Angela Pasquini earned the win in the cage for the Cougars making seven saves.

The Cougars are back in action on Oct. 29 at Wilkes.
