Box Score William Paterson scored the only goal of the game with less than four minutes to play in a 1-0 win over visiting Misericordia University, Tuesday night.

The Cougars held a 9-7 edge in shots, including a 74 advantage in shots on goal.

Ang Pasquini made three saves in goal.

Lindsay Hischak led the Cougars with four shots, including three on goal, while Hannah Harvey put both of her shots on goal.

The Cougars will return to Freedom Conference action when they visit Delaware Valley, Saturday.
