The Misericordia University volleyball team split a pair of matches at St. Joseph's (L.I.), Saturday.
The Cougars dropped the first match to Allegheny, 3-0 (25-15, 25-22, 25-13) and swept St. Joseph's 3-0 (L.I.) (25-22, 25-23, 26-24).
In the first match,
Meghan Stack led the team with 13 kills.
Megan Collins had four and
Paige Shaughnessy had three.
Nicole Tagerty had 18 assists and twelve digs.
Stack had 23 digs while
Kaitlin Wheeler had 17 digs.
In the second match, Stack notched nine kills and 13 digs and a block.
Shaughnessy and
Michelle Sehested had eight kills apiece.
Wheeler served up 3 aces and eight digs.
Tagerty tallied two aces, 33 assists and 10 digs.
Misericordia will host King's in MAC Freedom action, Wednesday at 7:00.
