Box Score The Misericordia University men's soccer team dropped a non-conference match at Messiah, 4-1, Saturday night.

Niko Amity scored the lone goal for the Cougars early in the first half as the teams combined for three goals in the opening 15 minutes.

Messiah opened the scoring in the sixth minute and Amity pulled MU even with an unassisted goal just six minutes later.

Messiah answered less two minutes later and took a 2-1 lead into halftime.

The Falcons added an insurance goal nine minutes into the second half and closed out the scoring off a corner with less than six minutes to play.

The Cougars are 4-3-1 and will visit Juniata, Wednesday afternoon.
