The Misericordia University men's soccer team dropped a tough 2-1 decision at Scranton, Tuesday evening.
Chris Edkins scored late in the second half for MU with an assist from
Dante Ippolito.
After a scoreless first half, Scranton took a 1-0 lead just six minutes into the second half and added a crucial insurance goal 15 minutes later.
The Cougars cut the deficit in half when Crevani finished a serve from midfield on a re-start at 75:11.
Scranton had eight shots, including just two on goal, while MU had seven shots, including five on goal.
The Royals held a slight edge in corners, 9-7.
Misericordia will host York, Saturday.
