MU Drops Two at Gallaudet Tournament

The Misericordia University volleyball dropped two matches at the Worthington Classic, Saturday at Gallaudet in Washington D.C.

MU fell to Gallaudet, 3-0 (25-17, 25-15, 25-23) and Marymount, 3-0 (25-15, 25-15, 25-18).

Michelle Sehested led the Cougars in the opener with 11 kills and Nicole Tagerty had 23 assists.  Paige Shaughnessy had six kills and 12 digs and Kaitlin Wheeler had a team-high 14 digs.

Against Marymount, Sehested had nine kills and nine digs and Shaughnessy had six kills.

Tagerty had 17 assists.
