The Misericordia University women's volleyball team split a pair of matches at the Lycoming Invitational, Saturday.
MU beat Lycoming, 3-1 (21-25, 25-23, 25-22, 25-21), and lost to Elizabethtown, 3-0 (25-18, 25-21, 25-23).
Against Lycoming,
Jassmine Watson had 13 kills and
Tara Welliver added 12 to lead the Cougars.
Ariana Gagliardi had 20 assists, 10 digs and five aces.Â
Sarah Pool had 12 digs and four aces.
Coleby Charlier had eight kills against E-Town while Watson and Wellliver both had six.
Ariana Gagliardi had 19 assists and Watson and
Sarah Pool both had 10 digs.
Watson was named to the all-tournament team.
The Cougars return to MAC Freedom action Wednesday when they host King's.
