Sean McSwiggan all scored three goals to lead the Misericordia University men's lacrosse team to a 19-0 win at Keystone, Wednesday evening.
Chris Fleming and
James Pedersen both scored twice and
Paul Hanrahan,
Brandon Winslow,
Connor Sheridan, Pat Kellish,
Kevin Forsyth and
Patrick DeMichele all added goals for the Cougars.
Fraher had four assists and Hanrahan and
Michael Iglio both had two.
Kocovsky was perfect on five face-offs while Hanrahan had four wins and
Andrew Phillips added three.Â
John Tierney and Phillips both had three caused turnovers.
Hanrahan, Forsyth and
James Wood all added two caused turnovers while Hanrahan and Wood had a team-high five ground balls.
Tierney had four ground balls and Phillips,
Jake Booth, Fraher and
Kevin Loesch all had three.
Matt Beck had one save in the first half while
Antonio Whyte and
Bryan DeGennaro split the second half in goal.
MU jumped out to a 7-0 lead after one quarter and led 16-0 at halftime.
The Cougars, 2-0, will face Alvernia in Clearwater, FL, Monday.
