Box Score The Misericordia University men's volleyball team picked up a 3-1 win at the College of St. Elizabeth, Thursday.

Ryan Miller led the Cougars with 11 kills and five aces while
Bailey Brugler had 31 assists and five blocks.

Matt Lavin had eight kills and four blocks and
Michael Trygar added eight kills.

Caleb Bauder had four aces and five digs and
Michael Mohutsky had seven digs.

Misericordia took the first set, 25-17 and after falling 25-21 in the second, closed out the match with 25-14, 25-17 wins.

The Cougars fell behind 4-0 in the first set, but quickly rallied to take an 11-6 lead thanks to aces by Miller and
John Natiello.

Bauder had a kill and an ace as part of a 4-0 run for a 16-10 lead.

MU closed the set on a 6-2 run with kills by Bauder and
Kaden Abreu closing out the set, 25-17.

St. Elizabeth scored five straight points to take a 14-9 lead in the second set.

Trygar had two kills and Miller added two aces as the Cougars answered with five straight points to pull even, 14-14.

The Eagles scored three straight points and went on to win 25-21.

Matt Churchill had two aces to key a 5-0 run as the Cougars took a 19-12 lead in the third set. Kills by Brugler and Miller fueled a 4-0 spurt to end the set, 25-14.

The Cougars fell behind 4-1 in the fourth set, but rallied with an 8-0 run to take a 12-5 lead.

Bauder had three aces as part of a 5-0 spurt for a 17-6 lead.
