The Misericordia University women's basketball team defeated Lebanon Valley, 76-53, to conclude their non-conference slate, Saturday afternoon in the Anderson Center.
 Jordan Barth led the Cougars with 18 points and 10 rebounds while Tessa Zamolyi added 12 points and 12 rebounds. Nora Tracey tacked on 12 points and four rebounds.
 Barth got things going in the first quarter after tossing a shot up against the glass on a fast break and then taking a step-back jumper early on.
 Melina Santacroce pushed the lead to double digits near the end of the first quarter with a layup from underneath the basket off a pass from Barth.
 Tracey hit back-to-back shots early in the second quarter, including a jumper from the free throw line.
 MU stretched its lead to 40-26 at halftime.
 Alyssa Bondi was 3-4 from beyond the arc, including one from the left wing with just six seconds remaining in the third quarter to give the Cougars a 59-37 LEAD.
 Erica Haefele drained a three from well beyond the arc to give MU their biggest lead of the night, 74-49, with three minutes remaining.
 Misericordia will begin MAC Freedom play as they host Wilkes, Wednesday at 8 p.m.​
