The Misericordia University women's volleyball team dropped both ends of a tri-match with Lebanon Valley and Elizabethtown, Saturday.

In a 3-1 loss to Lebanon Valley,
Faith Merritt had a team-high 13 kills while
Fiona Pyfer had six kills and a team-high 14 digs.

Annika Massa had 26 assists and two blocks and
Shelby Hastings led the team with five blocks.

In a 3-0 loss to Elizabethtown,
Fiona Pyfer had nine kills while Massa had 24 assists and four aces.

Merritt and
Jessica Cleveland both had 11 digs.

The Cougars took the opener against Lebanon Valley, 25-18, but the Dutchmen rallied to win three straight, 25-17, 25-10, 25-17.

In the first set, the Cougars scored seven straight points to overcome a 15-14 deficit.

Alexa Monro had a pair of aces and Hastings and
Sadie Stockslager had a kill and a block to give MU a 21-15 lead.

Merritt had a kill and the Cougars took advantage of two Lebanon Valley service errors to close out the set.

MU fell to E-Town, 25-12, 25-19, 25-16.

Misericordia will travel to FDU-Florham, Tuesday.
