The Misericordia University women's basketball team lost its season finale, 68-57, in a MAC Cross-Over game, Thursday night Albright.

Alyssa Bondi and Elizabeth Fasti each had 13 points to pace the Cougars while Nora Tracey contributed nine points and 12 rebounds.

In her last collegiate game, Erica Haefele had seven points, five rebounds and five steals.

Tracey had six of her nine points in the first quarter to give the Cougars a 10-8 at the end of one period.

The second quarter featured a lot of back-and-forth scoring that was capped off by a Meaghan McCaffrey layup with 14 seconds left in the to give MU a 31-28 lead going into halftime.

Albright took the lead on a free throw at the 4:25 mark of the third quarter and never gave it up after ending the quarter on a 9-6 run.

In the fourth period, the Lions extended their lead to as large as 15, making the comeback effort for the Cougars more difficult.

MU cut the deficit to nine on an Erica Haefele three with 0:37 left, but couldn't get any closer.

The Cougars finish their season at 5-4.
