Despite a career-high 32 points from Kevin Lazdowsky, the Misericordia University men's basketball team lost at Lycoming, 83-73, Tuesday.
 
Nick Prociak added 15 points and eight rebounds for the Cougars.
 
Prociak and Lazdowsky scored MU's first four buckets as the Cougars took an early 8-6 lead.
 
After Lyco went up 15-8, Lazdowsky hit a three-pointer to get the Cougars within 15-10, midway through the first half.
 
Lazdowsky scored 10 straight points for the Cougars to get MU within 29-27 late in the first half.
 
Kreitzer made three-pointer, but Lyco closed the half with nine straight points on a 9-0 run.
 
MU will host FDU-Florham in the regular season finale, Saturday.
