The Misericordia University women's volleyball team swept King's, 3-0, Tuesday night on Doc Mould Court.
 
The Cougars won 25-9, 25-20, 25-14 to improve to 14-13 overall and 4-2 in the MAC Freedom.
 
Fiona Pyfer led the Cougars with 14 kills and added three aces.
 
Cassandra Genduso had 10 kills  and Meghan Peters had eight kills and seven digs.
 
Jenna Schuda had 23 assists and two aces.
 
Jessica Cleveland had four aces.
 
Cleveland had three aces as part of a 9-0 run to close out the first set.
 
The Cougars fell behind 6-2 in the second set, but eventually pulled even, 14-14, on back-to-back aces by Pyfer.  Pyfer added three kills in a 4-0 spurt as the Cougars took a 23-18 lead. 
 
MU fell behind 7-0 in the finale, but rallied to pull even at 10-10.  Genduso had two kills as the Cougars took a 16-11 lead and never trailed again.
