Brock Bollinger had two hits and an RBI in the opener and drove in MU's lone run in the nightcap.
Garrett McIlhenney drew a walk in each game to extend his on-base streak to 40 consecutive games.
Steve Rinda was the tough-luck loser in the nightcap as he allowed just four hits over six innings.
In the opener, the Cougars took a 1-0 lead in the third inning on Bollinger's RBI-single through the left side.
Arcadia erupted for nine runs in the bottom of the fourth to take a 9-1 lead.
In game two, the Knights took a 1-0 lead in the second and added an insurance run in the fourth.
The Cougars got a run back in the fifth on Bollinger's single through the middle.
Misericordia loaded the bases with one out in the top of the seventh, but the Knights turned a game-ending double play.
The Cougars are 30-10 and will host DeSales in the first game of a three-game series in the MAC Freedom Championships, Saturday.
