Meghan Peters had 19 kills to lead the Misericordia University women's volleyball team to a 3-1 win over FDU-Florham, Wednesday night on Doc Mould Court.

Peters hit .720 to set a program single-match record with a minimum 20 attempts as the Cougars won their eighth straight match.

Jenna Schuda had 39 assists and seven kills and
Keira McCaffrey had seven kills and four blocks.

Sarah Journey had six aces and
Cassandra Genduso added four aces.

After taking the first two sets, 25-10, 25-14, the Cougars dropped the third set, 25-17. MU rebounded to win the fourth set, 25-5, in just 11 minute.

Journey had four aces as the Cougars opened the first set on a 9-0 run and never looked back.

Peters had four kills as the Cougars closed the second set an 8-1 spurt.

The Devils closed the third set on a 7-1 run to stay alive.
