Shook opened the scoring two minutes into the game and added a goal with 1:34 left in the first quarter as the teams battled to a 4-4 draw after one period.

Molly Celesky and Torzilli scored a little over a minute apart early in the second quarter.

After an Arcadia goal, MU scored three straight to end the second period and take a 9-5 halftime lead.

The Cougars scored three consecutive goals to open the third quarter and stretch their lead to 12-5.
