MU Drops Pitcher's Duel at Scranton

The Misericordia University baseball team had its 10-game winning streak snapped with a 2-0 loss at Scranton, Tuesday.

Scranton scored the only run it would need in the bottom of the first and added an insurance run in the fifth.

Garrett McIlhenney, Jack Regenye, Brock Bollinger, Joe Comins and Brooks Kanwisher had hits for the Cougars.

Max Oliver was the tough-luck loser as he allowed just one run on five hits over four innings.  David McCurry allowed a run on four hits in four innings of relief.
