Misericordia University men's volleyball standouts Jared Piontkowski and Gannon DeFrain have been named to the Academic All-MAC team as selected by the conference Sports Information Directors.

Student-athletes must have a minimum grade-point average of 3.20 for the spring semester to be eligible for the team.
  
Piontkowski is a junior business administration major and was a first-team All-American.

DeFrain is a junior physical therapy major and was a second-team All-MAC selection.
