Gehman was a four-year starter at catcher on the softball team. She was a four-time All-PAC selection, including three time first-team honors.
She was the PAC Player of the Year as a sophomore.
She led the Cougars to four straight PAC championship games appearances, including to PAC titles and the first two NCAA Tournament appearances in program history

She holds the school record for career games played (180) and ranks second in career hits (219).
She is Misericordia's career leader in triples (22) and total bases (394) and is tied for the career lead with 32 homers.
Gehman ranks second in career slugging % (.718), third in runs scored (161) and fourth in RBI (148).
She was inducted into the Misericordia Athletics Hall of Fame in 2017.
