The Misericordia University volleyball team split a tri-match with Rowan and Albright as they celebrated Senior Appreciation Day, Saturday on Doc Mould Court.
The Cougars dropped the opener to Rowan, 3-1, but swept Albright in the nightcap, 3-0.
Keira McCaffrey had 10 kills and four aces against Rowan and Meghan Peters had 10 kills.
Cassandra Genduso added nine kills and Jenna Schuda had 30 assists and 12 digs.
Rachel LoFaso had 10 kills against Albright and Schuda added nine kills, three aces and 25 assists.
Maggie Duda had 11 digs and three aces.
After taking the opening set against Rowan, 25-22, the Cougars dropped three straight, 25-19, 25-23, 25-21.
In the opener, Rowan scored three straight points to get within 23-22, but Madison Tullo answered with a kill and Duda clinched the win with an ace.
Rowan took the second set and rallied from a six-point deficit in the third set.
McCaffrey had two kills and Genduso had an ace to give the Cougars a 15-9 lead, but the Profs charged and scored five straight points to take a 20-18 lead.
Down 24-20, Genduso had a kill and an ace to help get within 24-23, but the Profs took the next point to win 25-23.
The Profs used a 7-1 run to break open a close game in the third set and held off a late MU rally.
Trailing 24-17, McCaffrey and Peters sandwiched kills around a pair of Rowan errors to score four straight points and cut the margin to 24-21.
Against Albright, LoFaso had a pair of kills to key a 6-0 run to give MU a 14-7 lead in the opening set.
Duda had three straight aces as part of another 6-0 spurt to make it 20-9.
MU trailed 8-6 in the second set, but got four kills from Tullo to score nine straight points to take a 15-8 lead.
Peters had two aces in a 4-0 run to close out the 25-15 win.
In the finale, Schuda, Peters, Genduso and Sarah Kelly all had kills in the final rally to overcome a 21-19 deficit.
