The next honoree in the Misericordia Top 100 Student-Athletes of the Century countdown is #46 Cory Vogeli.

He was a four-year member of the baseball team and led the Cougars to four straight MAC Freedom championships and NCAA Tournament appearances.

He was a three-time All-MAC Freedom selection, including a two-time first-team selection.  He was the MAC Freedom Pitcher of the Year as a junior.

He was a first-team all-region selection and earned honorable mention All-America status.

Vogeli ranks third in career strikeouts (202) and appearances (60) and is for fourth with 20 wins.  He ranks fourth in career innings pitched (203.2) and is fifth in ERA (2.83).

He owns two of the top-five single-season ERAs in program history.
