The next honoree in the Misericordia Top 100 Student-Athletes of the Century countdown is #41 Sean Boylan.

He was a four-year starter at shortstop for the baseball team where he led the Cougars to three straight MAC Freedom titles and three NCAA Tournament appearances.

He was part of the first MU team to advance to the D-III World Series.

As a senior, he was first-team All-MAC Freedom, first-team all-region and earned D3baseball.com All-America status.

Boylan earned Misericordia's Wendy's Athlete of the Year award after leading the Cougars in every major offensive category.

He ranks fourth in single-season RBI (55), sixth in batting (.444), eighth in slugging % (.699) and is tied for eighth in single-season homers (7).
