Moravian used a big first quarter to beat the Misericordia University women's lacrosse team, 15-3, Wednesday night in Bethlehem.
The Greyhounds scored the first five goals of the game on their way to a 7-1 lead after the opening period.
Rachel Shook scored twice for the Cougars and
Alicia Pileggi added a goal.
Shook added six draw controls while
Ashtyn Torbert had three ground balls and two caused turnovers.
Raegan Harner,
Jordyn Johnson and
Samantha Mahoney all had two ground balls.
