The Misericordia University men's lacrosse team dropped a tough 13-7 decision at Kean in a battle of the Cougars.
Kean scored three goals late in the first quarter to take a 3-2 lead and slightly increased its lead each quarter.
Jared Pelliccione led MU with two goals while
Connor Bevan had a goal and two assists.Â
Aiden D'Ambrosio and
Ty Murawski both had a goal and an assist.
Trey Stasse had a team-high six ground balls.
Chris Dindino made 16 saves in goal.
Pelliccione scored with 1:19 left in the first period and D'Ambrosio scored early in the second quarter to tie the score, 3-3.
Kean scored three straight goals to go in front for good, 6-3.
