The Misericordia University field hockey team has announced that Friday's game against McDaniel will be dedicated to Morgan's Message.
 
Morgan's Message is a non-profit organization that strives to eliminate the stigma surrounding mental health within the student-athlete population. The organization advocates for the equalized treatment of physical and mental health in athletics.
 
Morgan's Message aims to expand the dialogue on mental health by normalizing conversations, empowering those who suffer in silence and supporting those who feel alone.
 
Sophomore midfielder/forward, Madison Blauch, has organized Friday's event and will provide a brief speech prior to the game to introduce Morgan's Message and its mission.
 
Blauch also serves as an ambassador to the Misericordia chapter of Morgan's Message.
