Misericordia University men's volleyball standout Benjamin Clendening has been named the MAC Defensive Player of the Week.
 
A senior middle blocker, he had six blocks and five digs in a 2-0 week.
 
He had four blocks in a 3-1 win over Arcadia and added two blocks in just one set in a sweep of Cairn.
