The Misericordia University men's volleyball team will host Eastern in a MAC quarterfinal, Tuesday at 7:00 in the Anderson Center.
 
The Cougars are making their third straight postseason appearance and enter the postseason on a nine-match win streak.  MU is seeded fourth after finishing the regular season at 18-12 overall and 5-3 in the MAC.
 
Eastern is seeded fifth after finishing 14-14 overall and 4-4 in the MAC during the regular season.  The Eagles are making their first postseason appearance since 2021.
 
This is the first postseason meeting between the schools.  MU won the regular season match-up, 3-0, two weeks ago on Doc Mould Court.
 
The winner will visit top-seeded Stevens in Thursday's semifinals while Messiah will host Stevenson in the other semi.
 
Misericordia's Chris U'Glay is second in the MAC with .48 aces per set and seventh with 2.80 kills per set.  Benjamin Clendening leads the league with 1.10 blocks per set while Joe Kozak is third with .92 per set.
 
Eastern's Edwin Broussard is fourth in the league in hitting percentage at .355 while Kaodi Wokocha is sixth with 2.82 kills per set.  Symir Byrd leads the league with 2.71 digs per set.
