Shannon Tinkham and Nicole DeAngelis both scored five goals in Misericordia University's 22-11 loss at Eastern in women's lacrosse action, Saturday.

Natasha Jankowsky added a goal for the Cougars.

MU led 4-3 before Eastern closed the first half on an 8-3 run to build an 11-7 halftime lead.

After DeAngelis opened the second half scoring to make it 11-8, Eastern scored eight straight goals to take a 19-8 lead.

Misericordia is 2-6 overall and 1-3 in the Freedom and will visit Wilkes, Wednesday.
