The Misericordia University men's lacrosse team lost to Elizabethtown, 13-3, Saturday afternoon at Mangelsdorf Field.

J.R. Lauri had two goals for MU and Matt Gonzalez added one.

Kyle Calabro had two asssists.

Despite the stellar play of MU goalie Ryan Kay (18 saves) the Blue Jays opened an 11-0 lead through three quarters.

Calabro got MU on the board with an assist from Lauri early in the fourth period.

Gonzalez followed with an unassisted goal two minutes later and Calabro scored a man-up goal midway through the quarter to make it 11-3.

MU, 2-8, will look to break a six-game losing streak when they visit Lebanon Valley, Wednesday.
