Lee Blair scored three goals in the Misericordia University men's lacrosse team's 14-6 loss at FDU-Florham, Wednesday night.

Kyle Calabro had a goal and two assists and Zach Buckley and Nick Santillo both added goals.

After FDU opened the scoring less than two minutes into the game, Blair scored unassisted midway through the period to tie the score.

The Devils scored three straight goals in a three-minute span before Blair scored with 1:14 left in the first quarter to cut the lead to 4-2.

FDU took a 5-2 lead early in the second quarter and Buckley responded less than 30 seconds later.

The Devils closed the half on a 3-0 run for an 8-3 halftime lead.

The teams exchanged goals in the third quarter with Santillo and Calabro scoring for MU and the Devils led 10-5 heading into the final period.

After FDU stretched its lead to 13-5, Blair closed out MU's scoring with 7:10 remaining.

MU, 7-8, will end its season at Elizabethtown, Saturday.
