The Misericordia University men's lacrosse regular season came to an end with a 16-2 loss at Eastern, Saturday.
J.R. Lauri and Kyle Calabro scored for the Cougars while Lee Blair assisted on both goals.

Calabro gave the Cougars a 1-0 lead with help from Blair with 5:29 to play in the first quarter, but the Eagles closed the period with three goals over the final 5:16.

Eastern opened the second quarter with three straight goals before Lauri scored a man-up goal to make it 6-2 with 2:45 to go before halftime.

After an 11-1 start, including a school-record 10-game winning streak, the Cougars finished 11-4 and 2-3 in the Freedom and will look for an ECAC bid, Monday.
